• Always verify our emails - we only communicate from @day1x.io email accounts. If you receive messages from any other domain claiming to be Day1x, this is a scam.
• We will only ever call you from our dedicated phone number +61 (3) 9007 2682.
• We do NOT work with brokerage partners or external account managers. If someone claims to be working for or affiliated with Day1x outside of our official channels, do not engage.
• We will never engage with you through WhatsApp, Facebook, or any messenger service.

How to Protect Yourself:

• Double-check URLs and email addresses before providing any information.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Never withdraw crypto or money to an external wallet or bank account that is not your own.
